Nick joined Aegis Media in March 2010, having previously been
with the WPP owned media agency Mindshare, where he had worked
since its inception in 1997. During his time there, Nick held
several senior management roles in Europe and Asia and also
managed several international client relationships. Prior to
that, Nick worked in the media team at Ogilvy.

Valerie joined the company in January 2006, after leaving Barclays
Bank where she was Group HR Director. Valerie started her career
with British Airways, where she held a number of senior HR and general
management roles before being appointed as an Advisor to The New
Deal Task Force in 1997. She has held a number of Non-executive
directorships during her career and is currently on the Board of
Impellam Group.

Service Solutions
Patrick has held numerous roles within Aegis Media since 1995,
as CEO of Aegis Media Sweden from 1999 to 2000 and as CEO of
Aegis Media Nordics 2002. Patrick has a total of 20 years'
experience of media and marketing services, including roles at
BBDO, in pay TV and in a digital start-up. He started his career
as a helicopter pilot in Australia and the North Sea.

Jerry started his career at Young & Rubicam before moving to WCRS.
In 1989 he founded BBJ in the UK and built the agency business before
it was acquired by Aegis Media in 1999. From 2000 to 2003 Jerry held
the position of CEO of Carat International responsible for the network’s
international clients. He was promoted in 2003 to the position of CEO
Aegis Media EMEA until May 2008 when he was promoted again to the
position of CEO Aegis Media taking global responsibility for the
largest of the two divisions of Aegis Group plc at the same time
as being appointed as a PLC Board Director. Jerry took the position
of Chief Executive of Aegis Group plc on 1 May 2010.

Nigel was appointed to the role of CEO, Aegis Media North America in
May 2009. From 2003 till 2009, Nigel was CEO of Isobar, and led its
rapid expansion into the world's leading pure digital services agency
network. He joined Aegis in 1992 after working in corporate identity
and branding consultancy and a career in the fashion industry.

José Luis de Rojas has a degree in Law and Economics, an MBA from IESE
in Barcelona and postgraduate business studies from the Rotterdam School
of Management. Before joining Aegis Media in 2000, he worked in
investment banking, business strategy consultancy and retail banking.
He has spent part of his career in Latin America managing M&A and corporate
development projects. As CEO of Aegis Media Iberia since 2000 he has
helped to diversify and more than double Aegis Media’s operations in Spain and Portugal.

Mark Cranmer became CEO of Isobar in May 2009, having previously worked
with Aegis Media in a consulting role. He has over 30 years' experience
of building and managing agency businesses in advertising and media
services. He was CEO of Starcom Mediavest EMEA and a Board director of
Publicis Groupe Media worldwide until 2006. In the preceding decade he
was part of the BBH senior management team and founder of Motive, and a
member of the Board that created the global Starcom media network.
Mark's experience also includes roles at Bates, JWT, Leo Burnett and
Lowe Howard Spink, and he was a founder shareholder of UK digital
creative agency Dare. From 2006 to 2007 he was worldwide CEO of Research
International, and until May 2009, he was chairman of UK Online
Measurement, the UK body developing a unified online audience measurement
system.

Mark qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1980. After several years at
KPMG he joined a media independent as finance director in 1984. The company
was acquired by the Aegis group in 1991 and Mark ran it as CEO for the next
6 years. The company merged with Carat in 1997. Mark then took the role of
CFO Carat UK and subsequently CFO Aegis Media UK, Aegis Media Northern Europe,
Aegis Media EMEA and now Aegis Media Global.
- Martyn Rattle

Aegis Media Worldwide
Martyn joined Carat International in 1995, with responsibility for growing
and managing major international client relationships. In 2003, he became
Chief Operating Officer of Vizeum, where he successfully launched the Vizeum
network, and subsequently grew its global geographical footprint, product
offering and client base. Since then, Martyn has held a number of senior
positions within Aegis Media, including Global Marketing Director, President
for Vizeum Global Management and Chief Client Officer. Prior to joining Carat,
Martyn was Marketing & Commercial Director at Granada, part of the UK’s
ITV network.

Nick Priday was appointed Chief Financial Officer in September 2009. Nick has
held a variety of finance roles at Aegis since joining in 2003, and was previously
director of financial reporting, analysis and control. He qualified as a
chartered accountant with Ernst & Young.

Annie was a founder of Posterscope UK and, since 2001, has led the development
of the global network which is now Posterscope Worldwide. The network now has
over 600 people, in 48 offices around the world.

Nigel became the CEO of Aegis Media UK & Ireland at the beginning of July
2004. He joined from Warner Bros Pictures UK, where he had been the MD since
1999. Over that period he oversaw the release of more than 150 movies which
included the highly successful Harry Potter and Matrix franchises. Prior to
joining Warner Bros, Nigel spent almost twenty years in the advertising and
media industry, latterly as the MD of Grey Advertising and chairman of
Mediacom, a company Nigel launched in the early 90’s.

Dr. Andreas Bölte has been CEO of Aegis Media Central Europe & South
Africa since September 2006. In this role he is in charge of 23 markets with
more than 1,600 employees and sits on the board of OMG, the German association
of media agencies. Before he took over this role, he worked for more than two
years as CFO with responsibility for Germany, Central Europe and South Africa.
Prior to joining Aegis, Andreas worked for Bertelsmann AG for over 10 years.
Before he left, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for BMG
Entertainment Germany, Switzerland, Austria & Eastern Europe, and Managing
Director BMG European Services for BMG Entertainment Europe.
